Guidelines for Rentals
Contract provided by the cell
- Guidelines will be determined by the your event description, technical requirements, and house set-up.
- We recommend that you purchase insurance.

Space Rental
- $500/ 4-hour minimum (including $100 cleaning fee).
- $100/ each additional hour.
- Technical support available for an additional fee.
- $2,500 / Tuesday – Saturday including Tech. and Cleaning Fee
- Other Weekly rates negotiable.
House Management must be provided
- Door supervision required to enforce 75-person capacity.
- Alcoholic beverages may be served in limited quantities by suggested donation.
Press
- the cell will list your event on our website and mailing list.
- $200 for additional press with our publicist.

The CHERRYS reading was an evening of pure class. With little rehearsal, the cast gave an “opening night” performance of top notch material.

I hope no one will mistake fiction for fact here–Rupert Pole more than forgave Anais for her “dark secrets,” of which she informed him long before her death, including the fact she was married to another man. After Anais’s death, Rupert doggedly continued her work in the form of her childhood and unexpurgated diaries after her death and carried her torch until he died.
