Start your day with this musical setting of an ancient buddhist text

Heart Sutra is a chamber music setting of sacred Buddhist texts.
Written for voices, piano, violin, cello, and bass,  this piece seeks to convey the essence of these words through music.
Blending song, movement, instrumental music and sacred mudras (hand gestures), Heart Sutra is conceived of as an active meditation for performers and audience alike, inviting us to cultivate the heart of every spiritual practice: a mind which is awake, clear, and compassionate.
